fellbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these Terms. Players may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting support. Remaining verified balances will be returned subject to withdrawal conditions.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and fellbet ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fellbet online gaming platform available at fellbet.club and any associated mobile or browser-based applications. These Terms are provided in English. While fellbet serves Filipino players and our customer support team communicates in both English and Filipino, the English version of these Terms is the authoritative legal text in the event of any dispute or ambiguity arising from translation.

During registration, you are required to provide your Philippine mobile number, which will serve as your primary Account identifier and the channel for OTP verification. You must ensure that the mobile number you provide is accurate and remains active. You are responsible for updating your registered mobile number if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords issued during login. You agree to:
fellbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any transaction completed using your correct login credentials will be treated as having been made by you, unless you have previously notified fellbet of a security compromise and fellbet has had reasonable time to act on that notification.
All deposits and withdrawals on the fellbet Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). fellbet supports the following payment channels:
The minimum single deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply on a per-transaction, daily, or account-tier basis, as displayed in your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.
E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within five (5) minutes of confirmation during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take between thirty (30) minutes and four (4) hours depending on the receiving bank's processing window. fellbet does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment processors or banking system maintenance periods.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. fellbet reserves the right to request documentation to verify the ownership of a payment method before processing any withdrawal. In accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements, players may be required to wager a minimum amount before their first withdrawal, as notified at the time of first deposit.
Player Protection: All player funds deposited into fellbet Accounts are held separately from operational funds. In the event of platform insolvency or operational discontinuation, player funds are given priority status in any recovery or distribution process.
fellbet may, at its discretion, offer Players bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, loyalty rewards, or other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published at the time of the offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of conflict between a specific Promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that Promotion.
General terms applicable to all Promotions unless stated otherwise:
All Games offered on the fellbet Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each Game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any Game before placing a wager. Ignorance of Game rules does not entitle a Player to a refund of wagers placed.
RNG (Random Number Generator) table games are tested and certified by independent auditors. Live dealer Games are conducted by qualified dealers using physical equipment — cards, wheels, and dice — streamed live. Results are determined by the physical outcome of that equipment in real time and are final.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a Game — including but not limited to server failure, disconnection, or software error — the outcome of the affected round may be voided and the wager returned to the Player's Balance. Where a Game round has been fully completed and the result determined prior to any technical failure, that result stands. fellbet's decision in respect of technical malfunctions is final, subject to any applicable regulatory dispute process.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per Game and per table, as displayed within each Game interface. These limits may be adjusted at fellbet's discretion, including for high-frequency players or in response to suspicious wagering patterns.

All content on the fellbet Platform — including but not limited to the fellbet name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of fellbet or is used under licence from third-party game providers and content owners. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of participating in Games in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
Any unauthorised use of fellbet intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fellbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical error, or interruption of service.
fellbet's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any direct damages arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total deposits made by the Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) ₱10,000.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by gross negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While fellbet makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform operates consistently and reliably, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and third-party service failures are explicitly excluded from liability.
fellbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights, obligations, or the cost of using the Platform — we will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice of the change by publishing a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, sending a notification to your registered mobile number.
Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or adjustments required to comply with new regulatory requirements with immediate effect — may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication.
The current effective version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and fellbet agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, or the relevant regulatory dispute resolution process administered by PAGCOR, as applicable.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first notify fellbet in writing of the nature and basis of your complaint and to allow fellbet a period of thirty (30) days from receipt of that notification to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances warrant.
Disputes regarding the outcome of a specific Game round or technical malfunction shall be submitted to fellbet's internal dispute resolution team in the first instance, with appeal rights to the relevant regulatory authority where applicable.
